If you log into your Home Exercise Program with a username and password, your provider may be able to enable messaging for you. If so, you can send messages from the MedBridge GO app or the Patient Portal.
From the Patient Portal, you can access messages from the left side of the screen.
If you have any active conversations, you can select a message thread to continue the conversation. If you do not have any active conversations, you can select “new message” to reach out to your provider.
