Depending on what type of MedBridge subscription your provider has, you may just need an access code to access your exercise program.
Your provider may have the option to upgrade their subscription and enable login with a username and password. If your provider upgrades their subscription, you can make your login process easier by enabling device authentication so you can log in with a fingerprint, pin, or Face ID, depending on what options are available for your device.
Enabling Device Authentication
The first time you enter your access code and sign into the MedBridge Go app, you’ll be asked if you would like to enable device authentication. We recommend you select “Yes” and enable this feature to make your login process faster and easier. If you choose yes, the next time you open the app, you’ll use your fingerprint, pin, or Face ID to log in.
If you chose not to enable this feature on the first login, you can choose to enable it by removing your access and re-entering it.
- Tap the settings icon in the top right corner of the app.
- Tap Manage Programs.
- Write down your access code so you can re-enter it later. Then, swipe left on the access code to remove your access code. You’ll be asked to confirm this decision, and you’ll be directed back to the main screen of the app.
- Tap Get Started and re-enter your access code.
- You’ll then be prompted to enable device authentication. Select “Yes” to make your login process faster and easier.
