If the exercises you're seeing when you log in do not reflect changes your provider has made, or if the exercises don't look correct at all, this article will walk you through the next steps to take.
I'm using the MedBridgeGO app
Step 1: Check for multiple episodes of care
If you see this icon in the bottom right corner of the app, please tap it to toggle between your different sets of exercises. If you do not have this icon, or if none of the available sets are the correct exercises, please move on to Step 2
Step 2: Make sure you're logged in to the correct program
- Select the gear icon in the top right corner of the app, next to the MedBridge GO logo.
- Scroll down to the "Manage Programs" section as shown below and make sure this code matches the one you were assigned. If it doesn't, scroll all the way down and click "Sign Out" to log in with the correct code.
Step 3: Close and reopen the app
We recommend force quitting the MedBridge GO app to display the most up-to-date content, resolve crashing issues, and promote overall system performance.
If you're on an Apple/iOS Device
From the Home Screen, swipe up slowly from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen. Swipe right or left to find the MedBridge GO app, then swipe up on the app's preview to close it.
After the app is closed, return to your home screen and open the MedBridge GO app by tapping on the app icon. Visit the iOS Help Center for more information.
If you're on an Android Device
Swipe up from the bottom of your device's screen, hold, then let go. Then, swipe up on the MedBridge GO app. Return to your device's home screen and open the MedBridge GO app by tapping on the app icon. Visit the Android Help Center for more information.
If none of these suggestions work, please contact your provider to ensure you're both working from the same exercise program. If your provider needs assistance with assigning you the correct exercises, have them visit https://support.medbridge.com.

- Select the printer icon at the top right corner of the page, next to the Log Activity button.
- This will open a print preview or a downloaded PDF of your exercises. Scroll to the very bottom of this document to find your access code and make sure it matches the one you were assigned.
If it doesn't, return to the MedBridge GO site and click "Sign out" in the bottom left corner to log in with the correct code.
