How do I reset my password in the MedBridge GO app?

If you've forgotten your password or need to change it, it's easy to do so from the MedBridge GO app.

To recover your username or reset your password from the MedBridge GO app,

1. On the sign in screen, select "Already have an account? Sign in"
2. If you have forgotten your username, select "Forgot username?" You'll be prompted to enter your name, birth date, and access code. Select "Verify Identity" and you'll be taken back to the login screen where your username will be populated.
3. If you have forgotten your password, select "Forgot password?" 
4. You'll be prompted to enter your name, birth date, and access code. Select "Verify Identity." 
5. Create a new password and select "set new password."
6. You'll be taken back to the login screen where you can use your new username and password to login.
