Please use the access code that was assigned to you by the clinician you will have the telehealth session with.
If you have used the Medbridge GO app before, you may need to remove an old access code so you can enter the new one. To do so, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the settings menu in the top right
2. Tap Manage Programs to check if the access code displayed matches the one provided to you by the clinician you'll be meeting with. If not, please write down the access code displayed so you can revisit this program at a later time.
3. Click the Remove Program button at the bottom of the screen. You will be asked to confirm this decision by clicking "Remove" again.
4. Enter the access code that was assigned to you by the clinician you will have the telehealth session with, then click Verify Access Code.
