To conduct a telehealth virtual visit using the Medbridge GO app on your mobile device, you’ll need the newest version of the Medbridge GO app. Follow the instructions below to ensure Medbridge GO is up to date.
We're always working to improve the Medbridge GO experience, so we recommend you keep your app up to date by regularly performing updates. It also ensures your app continues to work properly.
Manual Updates: Apple/iOS Devices
- Open the App Store, then tap "Today" at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
- Scroll down to see which apps have available updates. If Medbridge GO has an available update, tap "Update" next to the app.

Note: Medbridge GO supports iOS version 14 and above.
