If your audio or video gets disabled during your telehealth virtual visit, the app will guide you to re-enable your audio and video from within the telehealth session. You will know that audio and video are not enabled when buttons are grayed out and show a strikethrough. You can find specific instructions for your device below.
Note: Your app may look different depending on what operating system your device is using.
Android Camera
When you tap the video button, you will be prompted to Allow Medbridge GO to take pictures and record video.
Select Allow to enable the camera so the provider can see your video stream. When enabled, the camera icon will be blue and not have a strikethrough. You will also be able to see yourself in the thumbnail.
If you select Deny, your camera will not be enabled, and the provider will not be able to see you. The patient thumbnail will remain black with a camera icon and strikethrough. The camera button will remain grayed out with a strikethrough.
Android Audio
When you tap the audio button, you will be prompted to Allow Medbridge GO to record audio.
Select Allow to enable the microphone so the provider can hear you. When enabled, the audio icon will be blue and not have a strikethrough.

iOS Video
When you tap the video button, you will receive this notification: Permission for camera was denied. Please enable access to camera in the Settings. If you select Cancel, you will not enable your camera and your provider will not be able to see you. The patient thumbnail will remain black with a camera icon and strikethrough. The camera button will remain grayed out with a strikethrough.
If you select To Settings, you will be directed to the app settings page, where you can enable the camera. When the camera is enabled, the provider will be able to see your video stream. The camera icon will be blue and not have a strikethrough. You will also be able to see yourself in the patient thumbnail.
iOS Audio
When you tap the audio button, you will receive this notification: Permission for audio was denied. Please enable access to microphone in the Settings. If you select Cancel, you will not enable your microphone and your provider will not be able to hear you. The audio button will remain grayed out with a strikethrough.
