With MedBridge GO, your activity is automatically logged if you’re following along with your exercises. But if you no longer need to reference the video, it’s still valuable to log your activity. This helps your care team update your care plan so you can achieve your goals.
- Start by opening the MedBridge GO app and tapping the Log Activity button.
- If you need to log activity for a day other than today, tap date at the top of your screen.
- In the calendar view, select the day you'd like to log.
- Select which exercises you performed and tap log session.
- If you’d like, you can send feedback to your care team. Follow the prompts to let your care team know if you experience pain or difficulty with any exercises, or if any were too easy for you.
You can also log activity by tapping one of the days in the 7-day calendar on your home screen, or by tapping the activity menu at the bottom of the screen.
Note: At this time you are not able to delete logged activity. If you've logged activity by mistake or made an error in your activity logging, contact your provider to let them know.
