When you log activity in the MedBridge Patient Portal, your provider gets valuable information about your progress. They can use this update your program and help you achiever your goals.
To log activity, navigate to the patient portal at www.medbridgego.com and login using your username and password, or your access code.
- In the upper right corner, select Log Activity.
- Select the date you'd like to log. You can choose any day in the past 7 days.
- Uncheck any exercises you did not complete.
- You can select the pencil icon to change the number of sets and reps you completed, rate your pain or difficult, or let your provider know why you skipped an exercise.
- When you're finished, select Log Activity.
- If you use an email address and password to login to MedBridge Go, you can review activity you've logged at any time by selecting Activity on the left side of the page. This feature is not currently available if you only use an Access Code.
Note: At this time you are not able to delete logged activity. If you've logged activity by mistake or made an error in your activity logging, contact your provider to let them know.
