Your Medbridge Pathway consists of a series of phases, which you can move through at your own pace as you progress through care. Each phase contains new exercises and education that's tailored to fit where you are in your recovery.
Each week, you'll receive a new assessment. Depending on your answers to that assessment, you may be prompted to progress to the next phase of your Pathway.
Remember that you're always in control. If you don't feel ready to progress, you can choose to stay in your current phase and reassess your progress the following week. Your provider can also progress you to the next phase if they feel you're ready to move to the next step.
Note: You can only advance to the next phase of your program every 7 days. If you choose to stay in the current phase, you'll need to wait 7 days to take another assessment and have the option to advance to the next phase.
