Logging your activity in Pathways helps you and your provider track your progress and see how you’re improving over time.
While most programs recommend completing your exercises four times a week, this can vary. No matter the schedule, it’s important to log each session whether it’s a workout, a rest day, or other activities like walking.
You can log your activity by logging into the platform or you can utilize our no-login option for quick updates.
Inside Pathways
- Log into Pathways.
- Under Tasks for Today, select Log session.
- If you need to log a rest day, select the Rest Day option at the top of the screen. Note that this will erase any exercise data for the day, so only select if you're logging no other activity.
To log exercises, stay on the Exercises option. - When logging exercises, be mindful that you can log exercise from different phases as needed. To navigate between phases to select certain exercises, click the phases to expand or collapse their content.
- Select each exercise you want to log. You can also choose to log other activities (such as walks) by selecting Other Activity.
- Select Log Session to finalize submission.
If you need to go back and update your logged activity (such as if you forgot to add an exercise), simply select Update Session in your Tasks for Today.
From SMS or Emails
If you have opted to receive text or email messages from Pathways, you'll receive SMS text messages or emails reminding you to log your activities. These messages will include a link to log activity without logging into Pathways.
Be sure to only use links from email addresses or phone numbers you trust. Confirm the message is from Medbridge before using any link you receive.
