It's easy to log your activity as you progress through Pathways. Logging activities helps you track your progress so you can see how you're improving over time.
We recommend you complete your exercises four times a week and log your activity each time you do. You can also log a rest day, or other activities like walking.
To log activity,
- Select the plus button at the bottom of the screen. You can also select Log Session under your Tasks for Today.
- Select the exercises you completed during this session, or log a rest day by selecting the toggle at the top of the screen.
- To log additional activities like walking, simply select "Other Activities"
- Select Submit.
If you need to go back and update your logged activity, simply select Update Session in your Tasks for Today.
