If you are trying to login to MedBridge GO through the app or through the web version and are receiving an error stating "One or more of the details provided do not match what your provider has on file”, it means that something you're entering doesn't precisely match what is in your provider's system.
This could be due to one or more of the following entered into your provider's record for you:
- A nickname instead of a proper name (or vice versa)
- An accidental typo
- A mis-entered birthdate
For privacy and security reasons, our team can't make changes to your provider's records. Please contact them to verify that the information they have on file is correct, then make sure you are typing in exactly what they have on file to finish registering.
