Letting your provider know when you've completed your exercises is a great way to keep your health care team informed. They can use this information to update your program as you progress.
But you don't need to watch your exercise videos after you've mastered the techniques. That's why we're making it even easier to log exercise activity in Medbridge GO.
Now, you can simply long-press the Medbridge GO app on your device to log your exercise activity. The app will open, you'll be asked to login, and then Medbridge GO will log that you've completed your full exercise program.
If you didn't complete all your exercises, you can provide more details to your provider by opening the app and logging your activity.
In addition to this feature, you can also log activity by tapping an inactivity notification. Inactivity notifications are enabled by default and will send you a notification every 24 hours if you have not logged into the app. You can simply tap the notification to log your activity.
You can adjust your inactivity notification settings by heading to the settings menu.
