Accessing a new program that has been assigned to you can look a little different depending on the version of MedBridge your provider is using. This guide will walk you through the process depending on what your screens look like as well as provide instructions on how to switch back to your existing exercise program.
Start by checking for the ADD NEW ACCESS CODE button.
Once signed in to your existing program, select the gear icon in the top right corner of the app, next to the MedBridge GO logo.
Select the description below that best matches what your screen looks like.
I have a blue "Add New Access Code" button
If you see this button, it means that your provider is using a version of MedBridge GO that only uses access codes and doesn't require logging in. Check out these instructions for your next steps.
I do not have a blue "Add New Access Code" button
If your screen does not have the "Add new access code" button, start by selecting step I below:
I. Sign out of your existing program.
- Find your existing access code under the "Manage Programs" section as shown below. Please make note of this code so you can refer back to it later.
- Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Settings menu and select Sign out.
Select Step II below to continue.
II. Enter your new access code
- After logging out of your existing program, select "Login with a new access code" at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter your new access code and tap the blue "Verify access code" button.
- You will see one of the below screens. Tap either "YES" or "Confirm" to continue.
Please note: your existing program will not be deleted or removed - you can always go back to it. This message just means you can only see one program at a time.
Select Step III below to continue.
III. Start Program or Create Account
