To conduct a telehealth virtual visit using the MedBridge GO app on your mobile device, you’ll need the newest version of the MedBridge GO app. Follow the instructions below to ensure MedBridge GO is up to date.
We're always working to improve the MedBridge GO experience, so we recommend you keep your app up to date by regularly performing updates. It also ensures your app continues to work properly.
Manual Updates: Android Devices
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Tap "Manage apps & device."
- If you have any updates available, it will be noted here under the "Updates available"section. Tap "See details" for more information.
- Apps with an update available are labeled Update. Tap "Update" next to MedBridge GO to update the app.

Note: MedBridge supports Android V8/Oreo (API 26) and above.
The best way to ensure your app is always up to date is to enable automatic updates. Here's how:
Automatic Updates: Android Devices
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Tap "Settings," then "Network Preferences," and then "Auto-update apps."
- Select an option:
- "Over any network" to update apps using either Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- "Over Wi-Fi only" to update apps only when connected to Wi-Fi.
- Note: If an account on your device has a sign-in error, apps may not update automatically.
